We invest in community energy projects through community shares, bonds, and community municipal investments. We also provide short-term bridge loans to these projects. We are in the process of pooling our funds with other investors through the Community Energy Accelerator Fund (CEAF) to support as many projects in as many communities as possible.
Many local authorities currently offer grants to community energy projects. We aim to collaborate with any local authority looking to maximise their funding to attract greater investment in local energy projects. The minimum contribution from local authorities into the CEAF is £250,000, which we can leverage to generate at least £1 million in investment for local energy projects.

Our comprehensive approach covers the entire project lifecycle, from energy strategy and master planning to construction, financing, installation, and ongoing operation and maintenance.
