VIVID owns and manages social housing properties in Hampshire and the surrounding areas.  We are delivering an ambitious, large-scale energy retrofit programme that will help to decarbonise the built environment and address fuel poverty in these areas, consistent with the plans of many local authorities.

We are keen to work with our local authority partners to use our significant investment in estates in these areas as a catalyst to deliver wider retrofit opportunities to non-social housing tenures.  By combining the efforts of social housing providers, local authorities and other housing partners around finance and funding, skills, supply chain development and technical capacity, we see an opportunity to scale retrofit.  We are also keen to talk local authorities outside of our operating area that have experience of cross tenure retrofit delivery models.
